Rust-Oleum 2800 Fluorescent Ground Marking Aerosols are quick drying, high quality paint for professional marking purposes at public works (utility works/telecom) building works and industrial sites and adheres to almost any substrate including but not limited to metal, concrete, asphalt, gravel, soil and grass. A 360° valve means the aerosols are sprayable in all directions.
Rust-Oleum 2800 Fluorescent Ground Marking Aerosol is a quick drying quality paint for professional marking purposes at public works (utility works/telecom) building works and industrial sites and adheres to almost any substrate. By means of the 360° valve the aerosol is sprayable in all directions and is based on a fast drying acrylic resin that are aromatic free and based on lead and chromate free pigments.
Rust-Oleum 2800 Fluorescent Ground Marking Aerosol can be used on metal, concrete, asphalt, gravel, soil and grass, etc. They are not water-soluble and should be used in light industrial exposures, normal humidity and interior applications. Rust-Oleum 2800 Fluorescent Ground Marking Aerosols are designed for quick and easy marking of construction and excavation sites, underground utilities and for traffic safety.

Remove dirt, grease, oil and all other surface contaminants by appropriate means. The surface must be clean and dry during application.
Directions for Use
Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is heard. Shake frequently during use. It is not possible to clean the spray button in the usual way. Due to the use of the 360° valve this is not necessary.
For good results the relative humidity shall be below 85% and the temperature of the can and substrate above 0°C.
