Jotun Tankguard Holding Primer is a two component polyamine cured phenolic/novolac epoxy coating. Designed as a holding primer or primer in a complete tank coating system. It has excellent chemical resistance. Can be used as primer in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and concrete substrates.

Tankguard HB Classic
Protective: Specially designed as a part of an internal tank coating system for chemical tanks offshore, onshore and buried tanks and pipes such as chemical storage, waste water, grey water, process water, concrete bund, fire service lines and drilling mud tanks. This product is compatible with a specific range of coatings.
Approvals and certificates
Approved to UK Defence Standard 80-97 issue 5, annex B for resistance to Avtur F-34 FSII aviation fuel

BUYER NOTICE: Due to the complexities and risks within tank coatings, Jotun do not support the purchase of their Tankguard range through dealer/distributor channels. Jotun are happy to support with advice and documentation required for these types of coating projects but as they are removed from the end user the ability to control all risks involved with a coating project for a tank is limited. For these reasons, Jotun will only ensure the product quality within the can when Tankguard products are purchased via a distributor such as ourselves.
