Coo-Var Matt Black Water Based is a high opacity flat black acrylic coating providing a finish to internal surfaces anywhere a non-reflective surface is required.

Coo-Var Water Based Matt Black is a high opacity flat black acrylic coating. Coo-Var Water Based Matt Black provides a flat black finish in dark rooms. Good on beams, wrought iron work or cement and masonry where a matt black finish is required.
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, oil and any other contaminates. Use Coo-Var Masonry Stabiliser on unstable brick, screed or plaster prior to painting. Existing painted surfaces should be cleaned, degreased and sanded to ensure an adequate "key" is produced. Remove all loose, flaking material and treat bare areas as new substrate then prepare accordingly.
As dictated by normal good painting practice. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying. Do not paint when temperature will be at or below 7 °C during the painting and drying process.
Apply direct on to wood and concrete. On metal use Coo-Var Water Based All Metals Primer.
