Mathys Fassiprim is a solvent borne primer-surfacer that is a moisture regulating paint for indoor and outdoor timber work. Use as a primer for different types of wood and well cleaned, well adhering old coatings.

Mathys Fassiprim
Mathys Fassiprim is a high performance primer for different types of wood and well cleaned, well adhering old coatings to be used prior to applying Mathys Fassilux satin gloss and high gloss topcoats. For use indoors and out, highly weather resistant and damp regulating - for many years, Fassilux systems have been of leading quality and highly valued by the professional painter.

Practical Consumption
Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
Surface Preparation
The substrate must be stable, clean and dry. Bare wood: degrease, sand and remove dust. For exterior works on wood that is not of first quality or that is damaged, it is advisable to apply a coat of Adex first. Do not apply on metallic substrates, in this case Combiprimer has to be used. Old unsound paints: remove paint, degrease, dry sanding, then proceed in the same way as for bare wood or metallic substrates. Chalking paints: remove all nonadhering parts, dedust and hereafter, apply a coat of Fixonal. Old sound paints: sand and clean with white spirit.
Directions For Use
To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.

- Apply in a dry and well-ventilated area.
- Minimum temperature: 10°C. Maximum relative humidity: 80%.
