Isocrete 1500 Fast Drying Underlayment

This product allows for quick installation of floor coverings, such as vinyl, ceramic tiles, or wood, without compromising the levelling quality. It can also be used in industrial areas as a screed base for epoxy resin finishes, specifically for areas exposed to light traffic. Application Guidelines

• Ensure the substrate temperature is between 5°C and 25°C.
• Follow mixing instructions carefully to avoid over-watering the product.
• Do not use in areas subject to constant water exposure or freezing temperatures.
• Isocrete 1500 is not designed to be a final wearing surface; ensure it is protected if exposed to heavy use before floor finishes are laid.
• For best results, apply the product in a draft-free environment, avoiding direct sunlight exposure during curing.

Limitations and Restrictions

Do not exceed the recommended water content during mixing, as this may compromise the integrity of the screed. The product is intended for indoor use only and should not be applied in environments where excessive moisture is present. It is also important to note that Isocrete 1500 is not suitable for heavy industrial traffic areas unless additional protective finishes are applied.

Recommended Additional Products

For areas where additional durability is required, consider using an epoxy resin coating, which can be applied over the cured screed. Additionally, ensure proper surface protection during the curing phase by using protective sheets or covers in areas with heavy site traffic.
