Coo-Var Brick & Tile Masonry Paint (Solvent-Based)

Application Surfaces

This paint can be used on a variety of surfaces including brickwork, masonry, stone, porches, front walls, and outbuildings. It adheres well to clean, dry surfaces, providing long-lasting protection in exterior environments.

Application Guidelines

Before application, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants such as grease or oil. For unstable brick, screed, or plaster, use Coo-Var Masonry Stabiliser prior to painting. The product can be applied with a brush or roller, and for professional finishes, airless spray application is recommended.

• Allow 12 hours or overnight for the first coat to dry before applying a second coat.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in confined spaces.

Restrictions and Limitations

This paint should not be applied to wet or unstable surfaces, as this can compromise adhesion and longevity. It is not suitable for surfaces that are frequently submerged or where heavy chemical exposure is expected.
