• Water-Soluble Stains: Blocks stains such as water marks, smoke damage, and tannin bleed, preventing them from bleeding through the topcoat.

Instructions for Use

• Ensure the wallpaper is well-adhered to the surface and that the surface is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants.
• Stir Zinsser Wallpaper Cover-Up thoroughly before use.
• Apply the product when the temperature is between 10-30°C using a short pile (up to 5mm) mohair or microfibre roller for best results. For brush application, use only for cutting in and avoid overspreading.
• If covering very dark wallpapers or those with a contrasting print, a 'wet on wet' rollering technique can improve obliteration. Roll over the applied surface again with a lightly loaded roller 15-30 minutes after application.
• The product is touch dry within 2-4 hours and can be recoated after a minimum of 4 hours. Apply a good quality wall paint as the topcoat for the best finish.
• Clean equipment with white spirit immediately after use. Do not empty into drains or watercourses.

Restrictions and Recommendations

Zinsser Wallpaper Cover-Up should be used in well-ventilated areas to facilitate proper drying. For best results, limit brush application to cutting in and avoid using a heavy pile roller, which can result in an uneven finish.
