Durable Epoxy Coating for Industrial and Commercial Floors

This high-performance epoxy resin coating is designed for demanding industrial and commercial environments. Formulated as a 2-component system, it offers outstanding resistance to mechanical wear, chemicals, and moisture exposure. Once fully cured, it provides a seamless, durable surface capable of withstanding heavy traffic, including forklift and pallet truck use.

Where Can It Be Used?

This coating is ideal for a range of environments, including warehouses, workshops, production facilities, and clean rooms. It is suitable for application on primed concrete and screed surfaces, ensuring long-lasting protection in high-traffic areas.

Application and Mixing Instructions

• Mix components A and B thoroughly at a ratio of 82:18 by weight.
• Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and primed with a suitable epoxy primer.
• Apply using a notched trowel or roller, ensuring an even spread.
• For filled coatings, gradually add Selectmix 01/03 filler to the mixed resin before application.
• Apply in temperatures between +10°C and +30°C, avoiding high humidity conditions.
• Full cure is achieved in 7 days, with light foot traffic possible after 16 hours at +20°C.

Restrictions and Limitations

This epoxy resin coating should not be used on unprimed or unstable substrates. Avoid exposure to UV light as it may cause slight discolouration. The product is not designed for flexible surfaces, exterior use, or surfaces exposed to high moisture levels before curing. Always consult the technical data sheet before application.

This product contains epoxy resins and is classified as hazardous. It may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, and serious eye irritation. Always wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and safety goggles during application. Avoid inhaling vapours. Dispose of residues in accordance with local regulations.
