High-Performance Epoxy Repair Mortar

Designed for professional use, this synthetic resin mortar offers rapid curing and exceptional mechanical properties. It is specifically developed for creating coves, sills, and repairing damaged areas. The system includes a primer, special filler, and essential mixing tools to ensure effective application.

Where It Can Be Used

Ideal for industrial and commercial environments, this epoxy mortar is suitable for:

• Repairing missing and broken-out sections in concrete substrates.
• Creating hollow and triangular coves for smooth transitions.
• Producing sills and transitions in various structural applications.

Application & Mixing Instructions

For best results, the substrate must be firm, stable, and free of contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, or rubber marks. The product is supplied in a multi-component system with a precise mixing ratio.

• Open the multi-chamber bag and remove the dividing strip.
• Mix the binder and filler thoroughly for at least 60 seconds to ensure homogeneity.
• Prime the surface using the provided epoxy binder before applying the mortar.
• Apply while the primer remains wet, then compact and smooth to achieve the desired finish.

Foot traffic is possible after approximately 3 hours, with full mechanical loading achievable after 24 hours.

Important Considerations

• Do not apply below +3°C or above +25°C.
• Protect from moisture during curing, as this may affect adhesion.
• Not recommended for applications requiring UV stability, as epoxy resins are prone to colour shifts when exposed to sunlight.
