High-Performance Epoxy Primer and Mortar Resin
Epoxy ST 100 is a robust, 2-component epoxy system designed for priming, bonding, and mortar applications. Application Guidelines
For best results, ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Apply using a suitable tool, such as a trowel or rubber scraper. Multiple layers may be required depending on the porosity of the substrate.
Mixing ratio: 75:25 (A:B by weight). Ensure thorough mixing for at least 3 minutes before application.
Restrictions & Limitations
- Not suitable for high-visibility surfaces, as epoxy resins may discolour under UV exposure.
- Must not be applied in areas exposed to continuous moisture penetration from below.
- Substrate moisture levels must be within specified limits before application.
