Application Instructions
Before applying Hard Hat Galva-Plus, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants such as dirt, grease, and oil. Shake the aerosol can vigorously for at least one minute and apply from a distance of approximately 25 cm using a back-and-forth motion to avoid runs and sags. Apply a full, wet coat for a dense film and allow proper drying time between coats.
Precautions and Safety
Hard Hat Galva-Plus is classified as an extremely flammable aerosol and should be used with caution. Avoid spraying on open flames or other ignition sources. Ensure adequate ventilation during use and wear appropriate eye and face protection.
