High-Performance Epoxy Floor Coating
Epoxy Flex PH is a self-levelling, high-performance epoxy coating designed for industrial and commercial flooring. This two-component system provides static crack-bridging properties, ensuring long-lasting durability in areas subjected to mechanical stress. With excellent resistance to wear, impact, and chemicals, it is suitable for a wide range of applications.
Where Can It Be Used?
Suitable for application on concrete floors in industrial plants, warehouses, production facilities, and high-traffic areas. It is engineered for environments requiring robust mechanical and chemical resistance, such as factories, workshops, and loading bays.

Application Guidelines
Before application, the substrate must be firm, stable, and free from contaminants. A suitable epoxy primer should be used before applying the coating. Mixing requires the full combination of components A and B, followed by thorough blending for at least three minutes.
- Apply with a notched trowel, roller, or squeegee.
- Working time is approximately 30 minutes at 20°C.
- Foot traffic allowed after 16 hours; full mechanical load after seven days.
- Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point.
Limitations and Restrictions
Not suitable for direct application on damp surfaces or areas exposed to continuous water pooling. Must not be used in temperatures below 10°C. Avoid exposure to moisture for at least 48 hours after application. Always follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and refer to the data sheet for further details.
Health and Safety
Epoxy Flex PH contains components that may cause skin irritation and allergic reactions. Proper PPE, including gloves and eye protection, is required. The hardener component (B) is classified as corrosive and should not be inhaled or allowed to come into contact with skin. UN3082 (Component A) and UN2735 (Component B) are classified for transport. Always refer to the safety data sheet before use.
