Hi Can this be sprayed using a graco.ff 108 spray tip F

This product can be spray applied by Graco airless systems, however the manufacturer has advised using the ff108 tip gives a relatively narrow spray when applying to fascia boards and window profiles. Should a larger area be sprayed, a tip with a wider fan would be recommended in this instance.

Can this product be applied onto doors with mini rollers

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin finish. This is also availble in the Kolorbond UPVC painting kits which also contain the required preparatory materials.

Unfortunately for application of this product the temperature for application and curing must be over 10°C. While the solvent based spray application only Kolorbond Original can be applied at 8°C it must also be over this for curing. Care must be taken to ensure moisture does not form on the service while curing.

Can this paint be applied normally with a brush?

Yes this product can be applied by brush or spray application directly. For roller application you must add up to 20% Technispray KolorFlow to the paint. KolorFlow slows the drying of the paint, so can also be used to keep a wet edge when brushing or to prevent the paint from drying too fast on a hot day.

Yes this is also sprayable, the advantages for this product over Technispray Kolorbond Original is that it can be applied by brush or roller as well as spray application. It is also lower odour.

This is suitable for application on to PVC in most forms be it panels or window frames etc - the recommended cleaners would need to be used to ensure adhesion of the product and that a warranty could be offered. We don't offer samples I'm afraid so you could either order the smallest size available in the product in the colours you are interested in or alternatively look at a RAL or BS colour chart to aid in choosing your desired colour.

Spec states Aquatek can be used on wood. If spraying previously painted exterior wooden cladding, do I simply need to use the vinylkleen and window prep as usual?

Technispray Kolorbond Aquatek can be applied to primed or previously painted timber once it has been cleaned with Technispray Vinylkleen and lightly abraded making sure any loose and flaking paint is removed.
