Description
High-performance, multi-surface paint in Chartwell Green. It is designed for long-term decoration of uPVC windows and doors, timber (such as garden furniture and joinery), metal, masonry, plastic (incl. composite doors), concrete, cladding, and more. This paint forms a vapour-permeable, low-maintenance, water-shedding coating that protects against fungal degradation and can be recoated in just one hour. It is self-priming, bonding to existing glossy paints without sanding, and provides excellent resistance to cracking, blistering, and flaking, with superb colour retention.
Before application, ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Remove loose or peeling paint and sand remaining edges smooth. Suitable for various surfaces, it should not be used on floors, decks, or surfaces subject to water immersion. Store indoors between 5°C and 25°C, and clean tools immediately after use. The paint contains ingredients that may cause allergic reactions, and proper disposal and safety measures should be followed. Assuming the existing coating is clean, dry, sound, sanded to provide a surface key, and prepared as detailed in the technical datasheet, you could consider 2 coats direct over a sound previous existing coating. We'd recommend to apply to a small test area to check for compatibility and adhesion, prior to full application. | |
