Ventilated Cavity Fire Barriers

Our range of Ventilated Cavity Fire Barriers here at Rawlins Paints allows air and moisture to escape from voids and spaces between walls and under cladding. Intumescent material on the cavity barrier seals up ventilations holes and gaps when attacked by fire, preventing penetration up or across a cavity to keep fires contained until emergency crews arrive to tackle the blaze.

Our extensive range of ventilated cavity barriers includes holed barriers that sit between brick and block cavities, as well as intumescent sponge cavity barriers and strips that adhere to walls leaving a gap for air and moisture to pass, expanding across to seal up space in fire.
