We no longer stock this product, but can recommend Rust-Oleum Tile Transformation Kit as a great alternative for tiles only
Rust-Oleum Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit is not for use on galvanised steel or flexible plastics and on areas exposed to extreme heat such as stovetops, or constant high humidity/water immersion such as toilets, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, ponds or kitchen sinks. A test patch is recommended.
- Ceramic tile
Notes: One kits provides enough material for a 2-coat application on a standard bathtub. Allow paint to dry for at least 3 days (72 hours) before exposing to water.
It is your responsibility to read the Product Data Sheets (available below) before you place an order and prior to application of the product. The content of this website is our best recommendation and is not advice. Coverage rates quoted are approximate, you agree that coverage depends on the condition of the substrate, surface absorption, texture and application method. We ALWAYS recommend a trial area is coated to ensure the product meets your requirements before use.
|The figures stated above are approximate. Please ensure you refer to all datasheets for full application information.|

Question: Does this kit come with it's own roller or brush? I have noted reviews where the wrong roller was used and the fibres became too soggy.
The kit is not supplied with a roller, in the TDS (Technical Data Sheet) available to download from the 'DATASHEETS' tab on the product page it recommends using a high quality, short nap roller made for kitchen and bath use. A four-inch wide roller is recommended.

Can you use this product on an acrylic bath?
Acrylic would be classed as a flexible plastic so Rust-Oleum Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit wouldn't be suitable to use on it. You can use it on ceramic tile, porcelain, fibreglass and cast iron bath tubs and sinks. Not for use on galvanized steel or flexible plastics and on areas exposed to extreme heat.
