We no longer stock this product, but can recommend Axalta ViterClad 50 Finish as a great alternative.
Bradite Cladit+ (PC76) is a cladding paint which has excellent adhesion to existing cladding coatings (e.g. coil, plastisol and powder coatings) with minimal preparation.
The main purpose of Bradite Cladit+ (PC76) is to renovate cladding, providing a weather and light resistant coating that is flexible and hard-wearing. Suitable for use over most existing cleaned and prepared cladding coating systems.
Bradite Cladit+ (PG77) is a high performance two-pack polyurethane finish for suitably primed steel and non-ferrous substrates. Providing exceptional weather and water resistance, the solvent-based coating produces a tough and hard wearing coating that is recoatable even after long periods of exposure. Please note; the gloss version (PG77) is intended for professional use only.
Manufactured under the auspices of an ISO 9001:2008 quality & ISO 14001:2004 environmental management systems. 2004/42/EC EU limit value for this product (cat.A/d sb): 300g/l (2010). This product contains max.198 g/l VOC.

High pressure water cleaning to remove all loose and flaking paint and contamination back to a sound substrate. Bradite TD39 industrial strength detergent washing and rinsing should be used with scrubbing to remove grease or oil. Check & confirm adhesion of apparently sound cladding coating by carrying out cross hatch adhesion test to all elevations. If adhesion is suspect then elevation should be completely stripped of old coating and repainted. Intact areas of existing coatings should, ideally, be roughened by manual or mechanical sanding. Feather back exposed areas to a sound coating edge. Cracks and pits should be filled using a suitable filler before painting. Substrate should be dust free and completely dry before coating. Exposed ferrous substrate should be blast cleaned to SIS Sa21/2 or manually cleaned to SIS St3, then patch primed with Bradite Surface Tolerant Epoxy Primer EP92*.
Priming coat: Bradite Surface Tolerant Epoxy Primer EP92 (if required)*
1st coat: Bradite CLADIT+ Semi Gloss PC76
2nd coat: Bradite CLADIT+ Semi Gloss PC76*
*For non-ferrous surfaces use, Bradite Barrier Primer EU96 instead.
Always refer to the Health and Safety sheet for the product before use, and observe the warning phrases on the label.
Always aim to paint an elevation preceding direct sunlight illumination to prevent painting onto warm surfaces which may cause too rapid drying and detract from application properties and finish appearance quality. Application and use should always conform to the codes of practice described in BS 6150 and BS 5493.
