Tor HB Zinc Phosphate White, a quick-drying corrosion-resistant finish for machinery that was originally used for NCB (National Coal Board) underground equipment. The zinc-rich high-build coating provides good coverage and quick drying times, able to be overcoated after just 30 minutes.
A blend of alkyd resin pigments with inorganic pigments, including zinc phosphate, and extenders and thinned essentially with Xylene to facilitate application.

Steel:
Steel - Grit blast to SA2.5 Swedish Standard to remove all contaminants including mill scale and provide a profile of 50-75 microns.
Mechanically chip, scrape and wire brush to Swedish ST2 standard followed by thorough degreasing using Tor TH19.
