    Instructions For Use

    Preparation

Contact surfaces should be sound and clean. Slight dampening of the surfaces will assist adhesion.

    Priming

No priming is necessary other than the slight dampening of the contact surfaces. Any standing water must be removed.

    Mixing

Terracaulk 30 is supplied in 25kg bags. The water requirement to achieve a good caulking mortar is 4.75 litres to 5.00 litres per 25kg bag. Pour the required quantity of water into a suitable mixing vessel. Slowly add the powder to the water whilst continuously mixing. Mechanical mixing should be used if required using a slow speed high torque drill with a Mortar Stirrer or a forced action mixer such as the Creteangle.

    Placing

Ensure contact surfaces are clean from dust and are dampened prior to placing the mixed mortar.

    Curing

No specific curing is required. Placed material should be protected from drying out too quickly.
