    Resimac 102 Metal Repair Fluid is a two component solvent free epoxy metal repair fluid designed to resurface and protect metallic surfaces and, once cured, is readily machinable.

    • Suitable for filling mechanically or abrasive blast cleaned surfaces where excessive pitting and scarring has been caused by corrosion or chemical attack
    • The material can also be used with aluminium oxide aggregates to create anti-slip finishes on metallic surfaces such belt rollers, brake test rollers and steps
    • Note: 1KG sizes have a minimum order quantity of 4 units

    Features and Benefits

    • Simple mixing ratio 3:1 by volume
    • No shrinkage
    • Brush applied
    • Anti slip system when used with aggregates
    • Excellent adhesion to metallic substrates
    • Apply at thicknesses up to 3mm (120mil)
    • Product coverage depends significantly on the condition of the substrate. Poor conditions will lead to vastly reduced coverage than stated.
    • Suitable for use in immersed conditions at temperatures up to 60°C
    • Resistant to dry heat up to 200°C, dependent on load
    • For optimum performance: After an initial curing period of at least 4 hours at 20°C, raising the cure temperature progressively to 60 - 100°C for up to 8 hours will result in improved mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance properties
