Features & Benefits

• Two component UV stable, lightfast, translucent elastomeric coating for protection of plastic rooflights and glass
• Clear gloss finish 
• Cold applied two-pack, high solids, elastomeric polyurea coating
• Touch dry in 3 hours @20°C, hard dry in 8 hours @20°C
• Theoretical coverage of up to 5 square metres per litre
• 96% volume solids

Surface Preparation

• Inspect all surfaces to assess soundness of existing substrates or coatings
• Where necessary prepare test areas
• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all loose debris and be carried out before application of the coating
• All areas of fungal growth, moss etc should be treated with Tor Torkill W Fungicidal Solution and neutralised residues removed

Drying Times

Note: Drying/curing times will be shortened by higher temperatures and lengthened by lower temperatures

Storage & Handling

Store the closed containers in a store room which is either in a safe place or is a fire resisting structure.

• 102°C

Shelf life

• 12 months from manufacturing date in unopened containers

Limitations

• Do not apply if rain is imminent
• Overcoating must be carried out within the timescale overleaf otherwise further preparation may be necessary

Health & Safety

• A copy of the appropriate Health & Safety Data Sheet should be consulted prior to using the product
• Minimum precautions for all paints:
  • Avoid skin and eye contact i.e. wear gloves, goggles, etc
  • Ensure good ventilation, mechanical if necessary
  • Store and use away from heat and flame
  • Do not eat or smoke in the vicinity of work
  • Wash hands before eating
  • Refer to supply container for additional warning labels
