Rust-Oleum 5421 Epoxy Floor Primer Rapid is a rapid curing 2-component solvent-free epoxy impregnation primer for concrete floors.
Rust-Oleum 5421 Epoxy Floor Primer Rapid has excellent penetration properties and binds weak and friable surfaces. The recoating time of only 4 hours allows application of primer and topcoat in one day and it's high layer thickness makes it ideal for uneven surfaces.
