Hi I have a sandstone patio above a basement and it is leaking water through and I think your Clearcoat maybe the solution. The slabs are joined with Sika fast fix joining compound which is letting the water through. After a few dry days the joints are dry to the touch but when I hoover the debris off the joints it pulls the moisture to the surface. If the joints are dry to the touch is it ok to install Clearcoat even with moisture underneath? Regards, Matt
