  • Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation



Surface Preparation


  • Wood surfaces should be sanded with sandpaper P150–240
  • Primed surfaces should be sanded with sandpaper P240–600
  • All sanding dust must be removed



Application Methods


Recommended Primers:

  • Akvi Primer Pro, Akvi Primer, Diccoplast Primer and Dicco Surf Primer

Mix Components:

  • Stir the paint carefully before use
  • Thin with water if necessary

Application:

  • For airless spraying, the product is thinned approximately 0–5%. Recommended nozzle tip is 0.011"–0.015" and pressure 120–160 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object
  • For air–assisted airless spraying, the product is thinned approximately 0–5%. Recommended nozzle tip is 0.011"–0.015" and pressure 40–120 bar. Atomising air pressure should be about 1–3 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object
  • For conventional spraying, the product is thinned approximately 0–5% . Recommended nozzle tip is 1.6–2.2 mm and pressure 2–3 bar

Application Conditions


  • Substrate must be clean and dry before painting
  • During application and drying air temperature, substrate and paint must be over +18ºC and relative humidity of the air must be below 70%
