Watco Flowpatch Deepfill is an easy to mix pourable material for quick repairs to deep holes in level concrete, inside or outside.
Watco Flowpatch Deepfill is very strong and hardens quickly: it will accept heavy traffic including forklifts only 2 hours after application.
Watco Flowpatch Deepfill will resist oils and grease. If greater chemical resistance is required, please use Watco Concrex.
It can be applied at any depth between 10mm -200mm and repairs can be feather edged in light traffic areas. When mixed, Watco Flowpatch Deepfill will be pourable so is not suitable for repairs to sloping floors or exposed edges.
After curing, Watco Flowpatch Deepfill can be painted with any suitable Watco floor paint. If the floor being repaired is very rough, you may wish to screed the whole floor with Watco Flowtop for a smooth flat surface before painting.
The surface is inherently anti slip in dry conditions. Overcoating with Watco Safety Grip is recommended if positive anti slip is required in very wet or oily conditions. Watco Safety Coat is available where a general level of slip resistance is required.
Watco Flowpatch Deepfill Typical Compressive Strength at 20°C: 1 day: >20N/mm2, 7 days: >35N/mm2, 28 days: >45N/mm2.
Watco Concrex is recommended for repairs to ramps, steps and for reforming edges. For resurfacing or levelling larger areas of rough or tamped concrete, use Watco Flowtop.

Surface Preparation
The substrate should be clean and free from oil or contaminants. Any loose material should be removed from the surface. If possible wire brush the surface. Edges of the repair should be cut to depth to avoid feather-edging in heavy wear areas. Watco Flowpatch Deepfill can be applied to damp (not wet) concrete.
Mixing
Remove the bag of powder from the plastic bucket and use the empty bucket or other suitable container for mixing. Mix the water at the following ratio: 1kg of powder to 100ml of water.
Due to the short working life of the mixed product, it is recommended you carry out the mixing near to the repair, not near to the water source. It’s also useful to have a bucket of water nearby, so you can quickly immerse and clean the tools after use.
Put the water into the empty bucket or container and gradually add the powder stirring constantly to achieve a pourable slurry. For small quantities mix by hand using a flat bladed tool such as a spatula, and for larger quantities use a mixer fitted into a slow speed electric drill (Watco Flowtop mixer is ideal).
Do not add excessive water or drying time will be extended and the performance may be impaired.
As the mixture hardens quickly, pour the Flowpatch Deepfill into the hole to be repaired immediately.
Not recommended re-stirring as this could potentially weaken the final repair. Do not mix more than you can use within a few minutes (5-10 minutes at 20°C).
Application
When a smooth consistency is achieved, simply pour Watco Flowpatch Deepfill in to the hole. If the product has been properly mixed it will self level and will need minimal trowelling. Watco Flowpatch Deepfill can be applied in any depth between 10mm and 200mm.
