Rust-Oleum 8300 Hygienic Topcoat is a single pack hygienic topcoat which protects against mild chemical exposure, occasional product spillage, frequent chemical cleaning, intermittent high humidity and moisture. For walls and ceilings.

Rust-Oleum 8300 Hygienic Topcoat can be applied on surfaces primed with Rust-Oleum 8399 Hygienic Primer or well prepared previous coatings.

• Dry to handle: 4 hours (20°C), 6 hours (10°C), 1 hour (30°C), 8 hours (0°C), 12 hours (-10°C)
• Dry to recoat: 6 hours (20°C), 12 hours (10°C), 2 hours (30°C), 16 hours (0°C), 24 hours (-10°C)
• Fully cured: 8 days (20°C), 12 days (10°C), 5 days (30°C)
