Mathys Paracem Deco Primer
Mathys Paracem Deco Primer is for interior use on on various porous, unpainted surfaces (for example, brick, plaster, concrete) before finishing them off with water-based paints. Mathys Paracem Deco Primer reinforces the substrate and reduces absorption characteristics, it prevents differences in the glossiness of the topcoat and has very good hiding characteristics as well as improving topcoat adhesion.

Practical Consumption
Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application (see DIN 53220).
Surface Preparation
Clean the substrate and remove all grease. Paracem Deco Primer may be directly applied over lightly porous substrates and old, cleaned paint layers if they are in good condition. Highly porous substrates, smooth plaster and water-resistant gypsum board: use Pegafix in 1 or 2 layers of Paracem Deco Primer. Use Pegaprim Isofix or Pegamat RL to insulate water spots or nicotine stains.
Directions For Use
To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
Application Conditions
Apply at a temperature of minimum 5°C and a R.H. of maximum 80%
