At Rawlins Paints we stock a selection of high quality, low cost products from premium brands that provide extremely hard wearing and fast setting repair mortars. We have epoxy concrete repair mortar products, rust repair products, asphalt repair products for both interior and exterior environments.

Our damage repair mortars and cements are specifically developed to provide a sound, even and smooth surface for floors, walls and metal surfaces. We stock products for larger section repairs to concrete and asphalt/tarmac floors both inside and outside, as well as special, light weight vertical surface repair mortars for masonry. Concrete Repair Mortars

We stock various types of repair mortar, depending on whether you need to repair a small crack superfast or you need a product to repair a vertical surface. Our Deep Repair Mortar (203) is extremely versatile and easy to apply with just a trowel. This repair mortar can be sealed with one of our epoxy floor coatings or sealers if you need to. Really hard wearing and fast to cure, this epoxy mortar is resistant to frost and is also waterproof. You do need to prime the surface with our Tack Primer before you apply this product.

Rust-Oleum Epoxy Repair mortar works in a very similar way and is ideal for repairing damaged floors – it’s actually stronger than concrete so you can be sure of an excellent durability and finish. Rust-Oleum also provide deep fill Epoxy Repair Mortar, which works well for very deep holes in concrete floors. All of the Rust-Oleum repair products are excellent value and can help you keep costs down without compromising on quality.

If you need a very high strength but fast setting repair mortar then try Rust-Oleum’s Speed Patch and for vertical surfaces there’s Rust-Oleum Verti-Patch. They’re all easy to apply and give you great results.

Blackfriar Professional Concrete Repair Mortar is a two-pack solution and works well to repair damaged and eroded masonry, brick surfaces and concrete. Particularly good for high traffic areas, it can be used on ramps, roads, car parks, driveways, loading bays, warehouse floors and pavements. It’s also resistant to some chemical spills so is ideal for an industrial environment.

We also have various products, including Rust-Oleum Light Duty Epoxy Repair for simple and fast repair work on walls, floors and anywhere that needs a quick repair. For levelling and repairing cracks and small holes, Rust-Oleum Pegacrete is a good option as well.

Sika Repair Products

We stock lots of Sika products for repair purposes. From Sika Rapid Repair Mortar to Sika Armorex High Flow repair grout, there’s a Sika repair mortar or product for most purposes. Sika MonoTop 610 is used to bond Sika MonoTop concrete repair mortars to cement or steel substrates, giving extra protection and reinforcement. You only need to mix them with water and they are sprayable so easy to use.

Sika also provide micro repair concrete products, including SikaCem Gunite, which can be used on big volume repairs, like bridges, marine structures, facades, tunnels. It’s ready to use straight away and can be used inside and outside, ideal for areas that need to reduce cracking.

We also stock Sikadur 42 HE, Sika AnchorFix 1, Sika Armorex, SikaFloor, SikaGrout, Sika4 Rapid Setting and Sika 4a Water Stop, among other products. If you’re not sure what you need, make sure you contact our Technical Team for advice.

Asphalt Repair Mortars

Rust-Oleum offer an Asphalt Repair Starter Kit, which is great for repairing tarmac and asphalt surfaces quickly and simply at a decent cost. Its bitumen based and can be used to sort out potholes in roads, paths and in parks. There’s no mixing needed and you can drive and walk on it as soon as it’s filled in.

Cold Weather Repair Mortar

Coo-Var CSP Mortar is specifically designed to use in very cold temperatures to repair concrete before painting, or as a standalone repair. It works in cold temperatures where conventional repair mortars wouldn’t necessarily be able to dry or cure properly. It’s a rock hard epoxy and ideal for floors that are subject to abrasive and chemical corrosion as well as high traffic areas.
