Heskins Marine Safety Grip, a tailor-made anti slip tape for marine environments, for use on boats and ships out in the open sea.
Heskins Marine Safety Grip is self adhesive anti slip tape tailor made for use in marine environments such as pleasure crafts, competitive boats and commercial vessels. The anti slip tape is salt-resistant for long exposure on vessels in the open sea, with S2 grit that is more like a small glass bead than a sharp edged granule. This ensures comfort when walked on with barefeet but still provides efficient slip resistance in more stressed environments.
Whilst designed for use in marine environments, Heskins Marine Safety Grip has been used as an anti slip floor tape in kitchens in hotels for an anti slip abrasive surface that can be mopped. The extra grip is ideal for such fast-paced environments where floors can be slippery, and application can be cost-effective by spacing strips of grip tape evenly. The grit type ensures the mop isn't damaged and that no fibres are caught in the tape.

The above tests were conducted in accordance with Pendulum, the tests were conducted at a recognised independent friction testing laboratory, and copy certificates are available on request. Pendulum is a dynamic test, for static tests we also have results ASTM C 1028-96.
