Remmers Spiral Anchor Mortar M20 is a single component, polymer-modified, dry mortar with hydraulic binders, silica fume and mineral aggregates used for repairing cracks and creating frictionally coupled bonds between spiral anchors and masonry work.

Remmers Spiral Anchor Mortar M20 is a single component, polymer-modified, dry mortar with hydraulic binders, silica fume and mineral aggregates used for repairing cracks and creating frictionally coupled bonds between spiral anchors and masonry work in indoor and outdoor areas. Spiral Anchor Mortar M20 is a polymer-modified, factory-mixed, dry mortar that is highly sulphate resistant, has a low effective alkali content and is ready to use after mixing with water.
Mixing Instructions
Pour water into a clean container and add dry mortar.
Mix thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes until the proper consistency for working has been achieved.
Allow to mature for approx. 1 minute.
Mix again and, if needed, add a small quantity of water.
Directions
Conditions for use: Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +30 °C Low temperatures increase, while high temperatures decrease the working and setting time.
Working time (+20 °C): Approx. 60 minutes
Pre-wet the open, cleaned joint.
Inject the first layer of mortar into the joint such that it is free of voids and press the spiral anchor into the centre.
While the previous layer is still wet, apply the second layer of mortar such that it is free of voids.
Apply the material up to a level of 2 cm below the final surface and work with a jointing iron.
Wait at least 24 hours before applying subsequent layers
Cleaning
Clean tools and equipment with water before the mortar sets.
Storage/Shelf Life
If stored in an unopened container and in a dry place, the product will keep for approx. 12 months.

Have terrazzo tiled outdoor terrace in very wet climate. A top and it's riser tile has come loose from concrete substrate on the edge of terrace steps. Need advice on cement that would safely refix it. Can you advise please.?
Answer:
We would recommend Sikadur 31 CF Rapid for this application, however prior to carrying out these works you will need to dry the substrate to at least a matt damp condition, preferably more if attainable. You will also need to ensure that during the curing period no water/dew/condensation etc. comes into contact with the product.
