Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating is a high quality water-based elastomeric membrane with revolutionary, enhanced composite which makes the paint insulate and reflect heat. PRO Elastomeric cures to form a seamless membrane sealing the surface and ensures unrivaled breathability. On internal walls and ceilings, this coating reduces heat loss and on external walls and roofs, it will reflect heat from the sun, creating a cooler internal environment.
What is Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating?
It is a high-quality, water-based elastomeric coating with revolutionary Nano insulating technology whose unique thermal barrier makes the paint insulate and reflect heat while simultaneously creating a seamless, waterproof membrane. This ENERGY STAR qualified product meets the standards set by Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) for solar reflectance and thermal remittance. It has been scientifically proven to work by world leading laboratories and independently tested to UK, EU and ASTM standards.
How does Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating work?
Manufactured using the very latest Nano insulating technologies and created by a highly-skilled Research and Development team, Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating is specially formulated for use on roofs subject to sustained solar heat. It's effective thermal barrier refracts, reflects and dissipates heat from the sun, creating a cooler internal environment so reducing the need for air-conditioning. Reduces the urban heat – island effect and CO2 emissions.

Applying Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating
Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating is supplied in 10L and 20L cans and can be applied by paint brush, roller or paint pad. It can also be applied by airless spray equipment but the filters must be removed. For best results, two coats of Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating should be applied. Elastomeric gives a very mild textured feel and produces a flat finish. For detailed method of application, contact our Technical Department.
Save Money and the Environment!
Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating is an exciting, environmentally friendly coating which is manufactured using the latest NanoCNB insulating technology. When used, Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating can reduce energy costs by up to 37%.
Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating is specially formulated for use on buildings which are subject to sustained solar heat. It's thermal barrier reduces heat gain making interiors more comfortable and less reliant on the use of air-conditioning. It is designed for use on:
- Domestic, commercial, industrial and religious buildings (Precast, masonry, metal sheets)
- Oil storage tanks, shipping containers and AC Ducts
- Caravans and mobile homes
- Bituminous sheeting and membranes

May sound stupid ..but whats the possibility of using your product inside of a van conversion or shed conversion as a insulating barrier used along side other ptoducts .. Regards Mr Moore
Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating is generally intended for masonry surfaces but you could certainly carry out some trials with it to see if it meets your requirements.

Can this be used on brick tiles
Assuming the tiles are forming a roof we would instead recommend Thermilate PRO Insulating Roof Coating.

Question: Can this be used on polycarbonate or acrylic conservatory roofs
No, but Bedec Super-Flex can, ensure the surface is cleaned thoroughly and lightly sanded to provide a key. Apply directly as per manufacturers instructions.
